Fundraiser Reminders

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the meeting last night.  I hope it was clear, informational, and did not take up too much of your time.  Fundraisers are not everyone's favorite thing to talk about, but I feel our fundraisers are fairly simple and give both the players and supporters something in exchange.  Below are the details, as well as due dates for both fundraisers.  I have also attached all the forms and documents I passed out last night.  Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

-Each player is required to sell one outfield banner to a local business.  Players can sell more than one if possible.  
-Give the banner sponsorship form (attached) to any potential business who would be interested in partnering with our program.
-Once a business has agreed to a sponsorship have them fill out the form and make payment as directed on the form.  Once payment is received a receipt will be mailed to them. 
-Notify Coach Kidd after selling an outfield banner so he knows who sold what, and which business to contact about getting their banner made.  
-Attached is a do not contact list, which has all the businesses who sponsored out program last year.  Do not contact these business.
-Each player needs to sell at least one banner by February 1st.

-We will be selling PHS baseball apparel to all players, families, friends, and anyone else who may be interested in getting gear.  
-Attached is an apparel order form, and apparel design document.
-Prices are listed on the order form.
-The 3/4 sleeve shirt is DriFit material, and the crew sweatshirt is cotton. 
-Sell as many items as you can to anyone and everyone.  
-One side of the order form is to mark sizes and cost.  The other side is to record who ordered what.  
-You will need 2 order forms.  One for you to have and one to turn in with all the money.
-Turn in order forms with money to Mary Ford in the PHS finance office by Wednesday, January 29th.  This will be the first order and the items will be ready in about two weeks.
-There will be a second order that will be due on March 5th, but to get in on the first order have all funds and forms turned in by Wednesday, January 29th.
